- Residential activities; including homeless outreach, volunteer opportunities, movies, games, church, walks, and exercising
- Assistance with other resources as needed
- Clean, safe, home-like setting
Eligibility Criteria
*** ONLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS WITH SOCIAL WORKER/ CASE WORKER REFERRAL
- Current proof of adequate financial resources to pay for rent and care
- No history of aggressive, violent or sexually inappropriate behavior
- No current alcohol or substance abuse
- Must be independent
- Must be active& actively enrolled or willing to enroll in PRP program, Adult Medical Day, school, volunteer, employment, etc
- Must be medication and treatment plan compliant (if ordered)
