iLIVE INDEPENDENT welcomes and caters to independent individuals with disabilities, seniors, veterans, and others at risk of being unhoused and in need of understanding, care, and support.
OUR WHY?
iLIVE INDEPENDENT was created to help put an end to homelessness. We started by helping our unhoused friends stay warm during the cold Baltimore winter months. The family would pass out "warm bags" every holiday to give back, inspire hope and let our unhoused friends know they weren't forgotten. We started out with 50 bags and today we give out over 150 bags during the Christmas season.
With a desire, hope and love to do more, today we get to provide housing opportunities that support low-income disabled individuals in the community.
By providing quality, safe, affordable housing and supportive services in the Baltimore, DMV area, we get to help so many people thrive. Supportive housing really does work!
